So some people replied to my question on how they over come depression. I agree that it is always there and that we will never not experience depression but we should always try and overcome these bad forces. I see it as a personal battle that we need to overcome to get on with our lives. Paperx3hearts comment was so lovely. They said that they listen to upbeat music and try to be around people...
